As long as your ideas are in line with the Local and Florida Building Codes, you will receive your unique home. In the past 25 years we have developed floor plans from 1,600 to 8,500 sq. ft. Our customers have always been able to realize their dream with us.

We work with our trusted partners to develop the right concept for you. We work within your budget, taking into account the location of the building site and the size of your dream home. We make sure your home has all your desired features from a beautiful pool area, to tropical landscaping and fully equipped. There are many more custom additions depending on plot of land many customers enjoy a private Tiki hut, private beach areas and boat docks and lifts. BMI creates your oasis in paradise with your vision and dream.

After we have found the right property for you, BMI and our partners will give you a fixed price guarantee for your building project. Depending on the size of the construction project, the construction period is between six and twelve months. Of course, we would also be happy to advise you on the furnishings and/or coordination with you. We offer services to completely furnish your home for you. From our experience we know what are guests are looking for in a vacation home.
