The house has 3 bedrooms with two generous king size and two single beds, as well as an additional sleeping possibility in the office, in which you also find a printer with copy function.

From the master bedroom you have direct access to a spacious elegantly equipped bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a bath and a separate toilet. From this bedroom you reach through the large glass sliding doors on the pool terrace area.

On the right side of the house is a guest bathroom with shower between the two guest rooms. The pool-side guest room, which is equipped with the two single beds, also has a bathroom with toilet and vanity, this you also have access from the pool area, which also has an outdoor shower.

In the open plan living area with comfortable seating furniture, a flat screen and a bluetooth sound bar, the beautiful dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar are integrated.

In the utility room, which connects the garage and the kitchen, you will find washer and dryer as well as ironing board and iron.

Due to the high sliding glass doors that can be opened on both sides, you can access the covered terrace with comfortable patio furniture for 6 persons. The large pool and pool deck invite you to enjoy a free time under the Florida sun.

Of course, you can also set sail from your own boat dock, you just have to decide whether you want to hire a fast boat to spend a day in the Gulf of Mexico or you prefer to explore the canals with kayaks. Even reading a good book in a hammock or enjoying a delicious cocktail under the shady Tiki-hut will make you forget about everyday life. Or you can prove your fishing luck and then prepare your own caught fish in the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with gas grill, refrigerator and worktop, freshly caught. Then relax on the loungers, refresh yourself in the pool which can also be heated and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine and the beautiful sunset.

Fort Myers International Airport lets you fly in from anywhere in the world and you will reach Cape Coral and your vacation home, via car, in about 30 minutes.

Many of the nicest golf courses of the area are close by.

There are many shopping centers and malls close by and downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers are easily reachable by car. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island, as well as Fort Myers Beach are also reachable within 30 Minutes.

If you are traveling with children, they can tire themselves out after a long day in the pool, which is heated during the winter months.
