At the end of 2016, the Villa Golden Sun was completely renovated and continuously modernized in 2017 and 2018. Nicely furnished and well equipped, it can accommodate six people. In the left area of the house is the master bedroom and the master bathroom with a separate toilet, a vanity with 2 sinks and a very large walk-in shower. The two guest rooms with the associated guest bathroom, which also gives access to the pool deck, are in the right wing of the house. A well-equipped American kitchen with breakfast bar and the adjoining dining room invite you to cook and dine.

In the front area of the house there is a cozy reading area with a desk in a bright bay window.

From the living room equipped with comfortable seating, which also has a large TV, you can access the very large pool deck with a covered terrace and dining table and 6 sun loungers through the large sliding glass doors. The large pool invites you to swim. The south-facing pool area offers plenty of space for extensive sunbathing. In the evening you can enjoy a good grilled steak on the covered terrace with the setting sun.

Due to the beautiful waterfront location, you have the option of kayaking to explore the surroundings on the waterway. Many large lakes attract water sports enthusiasts, there is the possibility to rent kayaks. There is even a kayak school nearby.

Many shops and good restaurants can be reached quickly from Villa Golden Sun. The location, the equipment and, of course, the generous open room layout and friendly modern furniture will make you think back for a long time of your vacation at Villa Golden Sun and you will keep this vacation in good memory.

Fort Myers International Airport lets you fly in from anywhere in the world and you will reach Cape Coral and your vacation home, via car, in about 30 minutes.

Many of the nicest golf courses of the area are close by.

There are many shopping centers and malls close by and downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers are easily reachable by car. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island, as well as Fort Myers Beach are also reachable within 30 Minutes.

If you are traveling with children, they can tire themselves out after a long day in the pool, which is heated during the winter months.

The American neighborhood is waiting for you and will make you feel welcome. Our international team in the office will be there to help you out should you ever have any problems with the language and, of course, you can speak to them in German.

From the hotel's own jetty or one of the numerous marinas you can quickly reach a dreamy island or catch the biggest fish of your life from the boat. Tennis and diving are also very popular in this region. Another favorite pastime in Florida is of course shopping and again shopping, countless shops, shopping centers and outlets invite you to do this. If you don't want to prepare a steak for yourself and your family on your own grill, excellent restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights.
