Located on one of Cape Corals many waterways, the Villa Paradise Landing is a beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation in Florida. Its bright and roomy kitchen invites everyone to cook a meal which can then be enjoyed either at the breakfast bar, the morning room, the dining room or outside on the lanai.

The entire house has lovely decorations and comfortable furniture, picked out with much care. A television, stereo, fax machine and phones are conveniently located throughout the vacation rental house. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the first guest room and two twin beds in the second guest room. The home also has two full bathrooms, one of them leading right out to the pool deck.

The pool deck is spacious and offers plenty of patio furniture and a grill. The pool itself is heated during the winter months, lighted for your pleasure in the evenings and all around enjoyable. There is a garage to park your car and many more amenities on the premises.

If you are traveling with children, they can tire themselves out after a long day in the pool, which is heated during the winter months.

The American neighborhood is waiting for you and will make you feel welcome. Our international team in the office will be there to help you out should you ever have any problems with the language and, of course, you can speak to them in German.

Dreamy strolling on one of the numerous white beaches or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and if you are lucky you might see dolphins and swim with them. Playing golf on one of the countless golf courses is just as popular here as boating. From the hotel's own jetty or one of the numerous marinas you can quickly reach a dreamy island or catch the biggest fish of your life from the boat. Tennis and diving are also very popular in this region. Another favorite pastime in Florida is of course shopping and again shopping, countless shops, shopping centers and outlets invite you to do this. If you don't want to prepare a steak for yourself and your family on your own grill, excellent restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights.
