There are plenty of lounge chairs to relax including a dining set under a covered lanai and an electric heated pool to enjoy all year round. The large boat dock extends across the entire width of the property offering plenty of space to fish and possibly catch one of Southwest Florida’s best and fresh! After a long day of fun in the sun, fire up the outdoor grill and cook your “Catch of the day!” At night light up the Fire-pit and relax waterside in the comfortable outdoor living area. You may also rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards and launch right from the private boat dock and explore the mangroves with a great possibility of seeing manatee, dolphins and the many birds of Southwest Florida. Want to rent a boat during your stay, this home also offers a boat lift for your use as well. Experience the island life and open water with very quick access to nearby waterfront restaurants and bars where you can park dockside. You may also want to explore by boat the many nearby Islands including Cabbage Key, Captiva, Sanibel, San Carlos, Cayo Costa (the best-kept secret). Some of these islands you can only get to by boat…don’t miss out on this rare adventure! Matlacha is known for its colorful Key West style restaurants, bars and shops. You can find art galleries, boutiques, local fresh seafood, and live music. There is plenty of fun and entertainment for the entire family!
