At 2246 square feet of Florida vacation house, Villa Sunset Bay is a big and beautifully decorated pool home, located right on the water, with Gulf access only a short boat ride away.

It has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a den furnished with a daybed and desk. There is plenty of space for privacy or big get-togethers. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, one guestroom has a queen-size bed and the other guestroom has two twin-size beds. It has two TV’s, a DVD player, a VHS, a stereo system, and phones.

The kitchen is nice and big, with an island in the middle for extra storage and counter space. It is also fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities needed to feel right at home. The living room offers a gorgeous view and the same goes for the dining room.

The pool deck is equipped with a gas grill so you can prepare all your meals right out on the deck, eating it while watching the sunset. There is lots of patio furniture available and swimming in the pool is pure joy. You can also relax in the Jacuzzi or just sit and enjoy the landscaping that surrounds the entire house. A boat lift and dock is available for your convenience as well and you will surely enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Fort Myers International Airport lets you fly in from anywhere in the world and you will reach Cape Coral and your vacation home, via car, in about 30 minutes.

Many of the nicest golf courses of the area are close by.

There are many shopping centers and malls close by and downtown Cape Coral or Fort Myers are easily reachable by car. The beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island, as well as Fort Myers Beach are also reachable within 30 Minutes.

If you are traveling with children, they can tire themselves out after a long day in the pool, which is heated during the winter months.

The American neighborhood is waiting for you and will make you feel welcome. Our international team in the office will be there to help you out should you ever have any problems with the language and, of course, you can speak to them in German.

From the hotel's own jetty or one of the numerous marinas you can quickly reach a dreamy island or catch the biggest fish of your life from the boat. Tennis and diving are also very popular in this region. Another favorite pastime in Florida is of course shopping and again shopping, countless shops, shopping centers and outlets invite you to do this. If you don't want to prepare a steak for yourself and your family on your own grill, excellent restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights.
