Renting out your Vacation Home and Property Management
We are always looking for vacation homes to offer to our customers. With our service and our network, contacts to travel agencies here and abroad, we are able to reach, depending on the location and the features of the vacation home, a 60 to 75 % occupancy, already after the first 6 to 9 months after adding it to our programme. The average rental income for the owners range between US $ 90,-- and 170,-- DM per day. This will also depend on location and the features of the home.
The basic requirement in order to add your home to our rental programme will be the sole rental right to your property in Florida, in order to ensure a smooth handling. Of course our owners can use their home whenever they want, we only need to know the timeframe in order to be able to coordinate. We also appreciate our owners to take inniative and help with the rental, for example to friends and family, but here we will also have to be informed as soon as possible.
Every owner will receive immediately after reservation or a binding rental contract (payment of the security deposit through renter) the updated calendar by e-mail. We will keep book and figure out the taxes for you. Another aspect in order for us to add your home to our rental programme is that we will also take care of the property management for you. This is the only way for us to ensure that your renters will only have happy memories of their Florida vacation.The care and cleanness of your house is here as important as the instruction and the care for your guests. The vacation starts for our renters with a welcome package, usually fresh fruits, cheese, crackers, juice and a good bottle of wine.
