Engaging the services of a company to manage your property abroad always means trust. BMI and I guarantee that we will not only manage your Southwest Florida property, but we will take care of it as if it were our own.
Living in Florida myself, I feel safe and secure, as if I have been here all my life. When you leave your Florida property to return to your hometown, or your home country, I want you to have the same feeling of security I have. I want you to know that your home is in good hands and that when you come back, all you have to do is open the front door and resume your life under the Florida sun. |
I love my work and take full responsibility for what I do. You can be sure that I personally visit your house and, using a checklist, make sure all the appliances are in good working order; I check for cleanliness inside and outside, including the pool area; and I also check the general condition of your home. In addition, I ensure that the air conditioning and pool heating are adjusted accordingly to keep those energy costs as low as possible. Minor repairs and maintenance are also taken care of on a regular basis. If there is any major repair work to be done, you receive immediate notification and, only with your approval, is the work carried out. You can also count on having your mail collected and processed on a regular basis. Payment or forwarding of bills is also part of our service. And so that you are always up to date on which bills have been paid, you receive a settlement statement from our headoffice on the 15th of each month.
I also make sure that the guests or tenants staying in your home are well provided for and taken care of. I generally offer a personal orientation, so that anyone staying in your home knows how to operate the different appliances and is able to find everything. And when their stay is over, I inspect the premises together with our cleaning crew and check for any damage that may have occurred during the stay. Based on my own experience, I can say that most guests and tenants are usually very careful with the homes they stay in, as well as their contents. If you wish to rent your home to vacationers, we also collect the rent and settle accounts for you.
