Our family loved this house! We especially loved the ability to open the large sliding glass doors out to the lanai and pool during cooler periods for fresh air and feeling like the space was even larger than it was. Plenty of lounge chairs and a dining area on the lanai were a great place to relax whether having your morning coffee or meals. The dock was a nice place to sit and enjoy the serenity of the canal and the surrounding area was very quiet at all hours. The pool was large, clean, and heated. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for and a relaxing stay. We appreciated the provided pool toys, beach chairs, camp chairs, and beach umbrellas. We felt like we had all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing day at the house or a day at the beach. Angelika & Hartmut along with Janna were friendly, accommodating, and responsive. What else could you ask for? We would absolutely come back!

Great house!

We spent most of our time outside in the pool, spa or just around the table watching movies or playing games. House was great, pool and spa wonderful. Brought our fire stick to use outside on the TV. Would definitely rent again!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in all of our stress melted away. Plenty of space for all of us inside & out. The pool was stunning & the patio with outdoor kitchen & bar was a favorite. There is a TV in the covered area with the table. We never turned the TV on like we thought we would, had too much fun without it. There is a pool table upstairs which got plenty of nighttime use. This house is a 10. If you rent it, you won't regret it. We hope to return someday. 10 thumbs up.

Winter get away

House was amazing ..Property manager went above and beyond…very responsive with our calls and concerns…house was very clean and organized…kitchen had everything u needed… We loved the outdoor living space…enjoyed drinking coffee outside and watching the fish jump in the bay… Hoping next year when we stay the pool will be fixed… We rebooked for next year already….

This is such a marvelous property! It has totally been redone since the hurricane. The beach is literally steps away. The Publix a mile away has reopened and made groceries a piece of cake. I was a little nervous about the personal check in and check out. I was wrong. Both of the ladies that came were super friendly and very helpful with the house. They were truly invested in us having a great stay, which we did. The pool is heated and comfy, and our electric costs at the end of the week were minimal. There is a lot of rebuilding going on at this point in the neighborhood but witnessing the resilience of this wonderful community made our stay that much better. We already can't wait to go back! I would 10/10 recommend!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in dieser bestens ausgestatteten Ferienvilla. In der Villa fehlt es an nichts; die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig.

Am Kanal gelegen kann man mit Blick aufs Wasser sich wunderbar erholen und dabei vom Bootssteg die Schildkröten und Fische beobachten, die sich im Wasser tummeln.

Besonders genossen haben wir im beginnenden Florida-Winter den warmen beheizten Pool und vor allem den Whirlpool.

Im Poolbereich befinden sich eine gemütliche Terrassengarnitur und reichlich Relaxliegen.

Loved the house. Will be great once the construction is finished. (but we knew there would be) If you are staying anywhere on the island, you should expect it. House and pool area is great. 2 things I would suggest. Have coffee for at least the 1st day for people, we arrived very late and didn't have any till we could go to the store. Get better sofa's the 2 that are there are like sitting on a bed of nails.

Everything in the photos is a solid representation of what you will experiance if you choose to vacation here. Check In was very easy, and Janna had the house looking just beautiful for our arrival. We did have a few minor things that we pointed out that needed some attention, and Janna was quick to get it taken care of for us. The location was what we wanted, and since there are multiple grocery stores within 10 mins, we never had far to go to pick up food and beverages. The pool/lanai was our favorite place to spend our days. The hot tub was a welcomed extra on the cool nights. We would definitely stay here again if it's available when we come down again! If you're looking for a vacation home in Cape Coral, I Highly recommend Villa Like Heaven!

Beautiful home

Just home from spending a month at this lovely, well equipped, beautifully furnished home. My husband and I were here for the, almost, entire month of January. Our daughter and her family joined us for about 6 days and another couple came for 5 days as well. Everyone loved the space and location. Cape Coral is so easy to around. Our weather was mostly terrible so it was wonderful to be staying somewhere that still felt like a holiday because it was so classy, comfortable and felt like home. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the beds were too firm, that being said I would definitely go back. Loved the personal check in and out, the management company has lovely staff and it puts you at ease. Normally you just self check in and never meet anyone unless you have a problem, this was so much nicer, thank you.

Exactly what you would want for a vacation stay...and more!! Outside...the setting was absolutely lovely. Pool was perfect, the water view and sunsets were beautiful. We spent time relaxing by the pool, watching the jumping fish and feeding the turtles. Inside...even better than described. Everything was top quality, from furnishings to kitchen appointments. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were amazing. You could tell it is important to BMI that their guests are taken care of from our first encounter. Our experience at Lover's Key could not have been better, thanks to Angie and her team. We will definitely be back!

Die Villa ist modern und hell eingerichtet, die Räume sind großzügig, die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und perfekt. Pool und Jacuzzi wurden ausgiebig genutzt. Bei traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir abends bei einem schönen Ausblick auf den Kanal unsere Sundowner genießen. 

Wie immer in den vergangenen Jahren wurden wir hervorragend betreut und ein nächster Besuch im kommenden Jahr ist geplant. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf die Rückkehr.

Yes, this is Heaven!

We throughly enjoyed our stay, always too short though. We rent a house in Cape Coral just about year and this was the best rental property so far. The house, the pool, the TV on the lanai and the location were outstanding! I usually don't write reviews but I feel this house deserved it. The guests prior to us forgot to sit the recycle and trash out but Jenn the manager had someone out that day to empty them. We experienced a broken toilet the second day there, I reported it Monday morning and a couple hours later someone arrived (wish I had caught his name), he was very nice and professional. He had all the parts necessary with him and fixed it in a matter of minutes. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a gas grill brush. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful especially at night. It is close to EVERYTHING in Cape Coral. We really hated to leave and even contemplated on staying another week but it was booked. We'll return to “Heaven” one day soon!!

Villa Key Biscayne was beautiful. The description and photos were exactly how we found the villa. It was well equipped with everything you could need and spotlessly clean. The location was quiet, private and peaceful. We loved sitting on the dock in the morning and evening to feed the local wildlife and watch the beautiful sunsets. Communication from the hosts was helpful, polite, included recommendations and always got a swift response. We couldn't have asked for anything more for our stay, we loved it!

We felt at home immediately. Super clean, great lay-out, perfect location, quiet, being on the canal was bird watching heaven (happy about the covered pool area) and the price was right. Amenities were perfect, too, though it was the second day before we found the pool towels, lots of closets. I recommend it highly and we will return, for sure.

We took our 3 kids and son-in law here to stay for a week and it was absolutely fabulous! We rented a boat for 4 day from Blue Coral Boat rentals and used the fantastic dock to tie it up. It's only a short drive to the river and then on to the islands. Everything was as described. The house is very spacious and the outdoor amenities are fantastic. Publix is less than a half of a mile so groceries was very easy. We will be back.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa Martinique. Das Haus ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betreuung von BMI verlief reibungslos, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Villa ist genau so wie auf der Homepage dargestellt. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.  

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern da und auch für sie war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir kommen wieder im 2024.

Die Wirklichkeit hat die Bilder und Beschreibung vom der Villa Martinique übertroffen. Die Villa ist hochwertig ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Badetücher auch für die Liegen am Pool. Alles war absolut sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Bei BMI hat man an alles gedacht, so einfach und super freundlich die Buchung war, war auch das Ein-und Auschecken super organisiert. BMI hat uns gute Tips für die Umgegend gegeben. Unsere 11 Tage waren ein Traum und unvergessen. Immer wieder gern eine Villa von BMI

My husband and i rented this property for 2 weeks in March and we were very happy with Villa Michelle. The place was very clean and was well stocked with everything we would possibly need. The pool was warm and we liked the baby fence that kept our little grandbaby away from the pool. We will definitely be back again!

Didn't really know what to expect so soon after hurricane Ian. But the salt water pool was clean and warm with the Lanai in good condition. House was spacious and clean with nice laminate flooring throughout. The electric boat lift and cover made the stay even better. Plenty of utensils for kitchen and grill and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was that the property was already booked for next year at the same time that we stayed this year. This seems to be a new trend which is different than before. All places that we have stayed gave us the option to book the following year as a courtesy

Lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood

The house is equipped with very nice and comfortabel furniture. There is a very modern Keurig Coffeemaker, however, there are no capsules to get you started with a nice cup of coffee. If you prefer, there is also a perculator. You find all the necessary pots and pans, dishes and glasses. The pool can be heated with electricity, so you can heat it up to the temperature you want. Be aware that all electricity will be charged extra. The lush garden is well kept. At the moment the lanai (mosquito net surrounding the entire terrace and pool area) is missing because it fell victim to hurricane Ian. It will be replaced as soon as possible. The same goes for the boat deck. Neighbours on all sides are very quiet and friendly. Check in and check out were easy and punctual.

The home was modern, clean, and had a wonderful corner canal view. The pool and hot tub look out over a wide canal intersection, with expansive views down the intersecting canal. This is the second time we have stayed at this home and we are already booking again for next year! The home is beautiful, and comes equipped with everything we need. The lanai screening that Ian had ruined…were all replaced while we were there, so that was awesome!

Communication with the property managers was great and prompt. We had all the cooking utensils we needed and the kitchen is well equipped.

This house was a perfect vacation home!! We have been in 2 other homes in Cape Coral but this is definitely our new favorite place. It was clean, beautifully updated, great views, provided everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Felt right at home and had very little need to want go out. Great house with pool in Cape Coral

Overall, the property was great. The location was good with some shops and restaurants in walking distance, and larger shops like Walmart Superstore and malls within minutes' drive. The area is nice and secure, and typical Floridan suburb. The house is equipped with good air condition and fans in all rooms, and the appliances are all good and well-functioning. The house has a spacious garage for parking the car, and the net covered pool area in the backyard is absolutely fantastic, with a large propane barbecue and large dinning table with chairs, as well as pool chairs and sunbeds. Inside, there is TVs in all bedrooms, as well as the Living room, and the internet is fast a reliable. Kitchen is generally well equipped with cooking pots and pans, tableware and flatware, but there could have been a bit more drinking glasses as well as wine glasses, but we bought 4 of each from Walmart, which we left at the house for other guests to use. We had only a minor problem with a small water leak in the ceiling, which after we contacted the property management was fixed while we were staying in the house. Overall, this house work perfect for vacation home for our family consisting of two adults and a teenager.

Book It!

My husband and our two sons (13 and 16) stayed a week at this property. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The check in was in person with Angelika and she was great to communicate with during the week. The house was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great time relaxing in the pool, cooking on the outdoor grill and just being together in a nice comfortable house. The house had a fully stocked kitchen which was wonderful for meal planning an prepping. There were plenty of pool floats and supplies in the garage to enjoy the outdoor fun. My boys fished nearly everyday and pulled several fish from the water ranging from bass to cichilds.....and a few other species in between. There were a family of turtles who hung out by the dock daily (we named them Terri, Tina and Tiny T) and we saw lots of colorful lizards and birds. The sunsets were amazing by the water. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. We visited all three near by beaches but were very impressed with the fourth hidden treasure - Pine Island. We fished at Bookeelia Pier and loved meeting the locals there. Overall, this was a 10/10 for our family vacation. I would recommend this house to the next set of vacationers :)

The house was as advertised, the pictures of the canal don't do it justice, very picturesque views and calming. We enjoyed the pool and the back patio area. There was plenty of room for 5 of us. We did encounter a small hiccup with the air conditioner, the property manager BMI was very responsive and sent someone in the very next day to fix the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the home again in the future.

Great week. Super relaxing. Totally enjoyed our week here. It started with arrival, everything was extra clean. Always nervous to what you may find. Truly impressive. You can tell immediately that the BMI truly care about the property. All the little details, from a complete kitchen with everything that you need- to a sound system that sounds great, both inside and outside. The views are fantastic, right when you initially walk in you can see a huge kitchen/dining room and living room, then all the way out to the pool and water beyond. We actually spent all of our time outdoors. Breakfast and dinners were outside on the patio table. Every night we played games and cards on the table outside. The pool was the best. Our only mistake was not booking it for 2 weeks instead of 1 week. It was exactly what we were looking for - a great week and super relaxing.

This home was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We have rented a lot from vrbo and this home is by far my favorite. My 9yo son called it his "dream home." The house was immaculate, well-stocked, and perfectly laid out. The outside was amazing. My favorite thing to do was sit by the pool and look out over the canal. We rented a boat for the week so we made good use of the dock. We especially appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs, since we flew down to FL from Virginia. Renting this house for the week was so much better than the condo experience has been! Get over the idea of paying the electric bill separately ($52 for our week) and don't worry about the solar system heating the pool (it does!) The location, mid-island, was fantastic. It is a very short walk to the beach and from the beach, a short walk to Junkanoo. It was less than a mile walk to the ice cream shop and the Shamrock Bar and 7-11 is very close. The home is fantastic! The beds, in all rooms were great, the place was clean, the pool area was a great place to relax after coming back from the beach. Its quiet at night, its beautiful in the morning, its just a great place. Angie, was quick to reply to text or phone calls when we had questions - everything was great! One tip: If you're here during the busy season, call ahead to rent bikes.

We spent the majority of our time poolside. The pool was very warm so if you travel during colder months you will still be able to enjoy it. It truly was one of the best homes we've rented.

We had a GREAT time at this Cape Coral Location. It's near lots of fun places like Matlache, St. James, Fort Meyer's Beach and Sanibel Island. Great opportunities to visit the islands surrounding with charters/boats. We loved sitting in the beautifully lit lanai at night and watching a movie with drinks. The kids enjoyed the hot tub/pool feature which we thought was super unique how it could be a waterfall, OR heat up to a hot tub in under 30 min. We enjoyed fishing off the doc and the little Tiki Hut out back. The only thing we noticed (and this is out of the owners hands) was that the water level was SUBSTANTIALLY lower in the channel than shown in the pictures. However, it did NOT affect our trip. Loved having a washer and dryer and we slept great in the beds. We would definitely come here again.

We absolutely loved this property. The interior of the home was large and perfect for our family of seven. All of the rooms were very spacious and all the counter and drawer space was amazing. There was someplace to put all of our belongings. We spent the majority of our time around the pool which was lovely. It had a great low area for our 13 month old grandson. We stayed here for a week for our annual Nov. vacation with our kids. This is by far our favorite property we have rented anywhere! Beautiful modern well-kept, clean home with lots of space and all the extras! We especially loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! Everything was as described, if not better. I stayed with my two teenage children. They loved sitting on the dock watching the fish jump and the turtles. Night swimming with the lights in the pool and hot tub was the best. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook at home most nights. Laundry detergent was provided for the washer and dryer, so we were able to pack lightly for our week stay. The house also provided garage parking, beach chairs and umbrella, and a cooler. There were also two adult sized bicycles. The location is convenient if taking a day trip up to Tampa, as well as about 25 minutes to Fort Myers' beaches. The house is beautiful and made vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Hosts were a pleasure to work with and communication was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great Value - Beautiful Property!

We loved this property from the minute we got there. We are normally "beach" people but truly enjoyed having the pool and the beautiful surroundings of the canals, the constant boat traffic and watching dolphins go by. We did day trips to Sanibel Island and Naples to spend some time on the beach so we had the best of both worlds. The Master Suite is very large and is very accommodating with the two bathrooms one with direct access to the pool) and a huge closet and bathroom. The guest bedrooms are a little on the small side but very nice. The kitchen too is massive and has most everything you will need for cooking. It has a beautiful dining room table, however, we were lucky enough to eat all of the meals we ate at home at the outdoor dining table. A perfect way to start each morning. We had a truly relaxing vacation and on one of the days never left the house - spent the entire day by the pool. I highly recommend this property. The property managers were very communicative, and I would not hesitate to rent one of their properties in the future. We contacted Captain Paul at No Pier Pressure Charters, and he picked us up in a pontoon and gave us a tour of the canals and the waters around Cape Coral. Highly recommend that as well if you don't have access to your own watercraft. There is no such thing as a perfect vacation, but this came very close. Thank you to these home owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.

We had an amazing time at the house, and wish we could have stayed longer than our two weeks. Four adults stayed and worked remotely and had plenty of space and wifi strength to support all of the virtual meetings. The pool was fantastic as was the outdoor space, which we used every day. We saw a dolphin in the river as well as in the canal. A few things to know: -You won't hear from the hosts ever, so don't bother trying to reach them on here in advance. You will be communicating with the BMI rental office at check in and after, who were friendly, helpful and responsive. - there are beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. This house is great, and we'd love to return! Go if you can!

August 2021 We were impressed by how well-kept the house was upon arrival, clearly a professionally managed property! Thank you to the team at BMI. We loved being on the water with a boat dock, right next to the screened-in pool which was incredible to enjoy any version of the summer day during our stay: hot/humid or stormy/raining! The Master suite and 2 extra rooms were all spacious and well-stocked with amenities like towels, sheets and even laundry baskets, and Chromecast in the Masters. Electricity is charged separately which in my opinion is a good incentive for guests to be environmentally conscious. We would stay with BMI again, they have 38 properties in Cape Coral

A slice of Heaven in Cape Coral Florida

Just spent a week here, and the home is truly amazing!! Clean. Comfortable. Nice pool and lanai area. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pictures do not do this property justice. The house is simply amazing! We picked it off the website, because it is so beautiful, but it's even more so in person. The house is clean and has everything you could possibly need! Lots of towels and wash clothes, even beach towels. We didn't use them, but it even has beach necessities. The pool and hot tub are fantastic! And the sunsets at night....wow!

The pictures and description provided don't do this house justice! This home is tastefully decorated and everything is very comfortable. We were impressed with all of the little amenities, the pool toys, the drying rack for the towels, the plastic cups with straws for the pool, the wireless speaker to take outside (we were outside quite a bit so it goes without saying that the pool is incredible!). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful so it was easy to relax and enjoy life at a slower pace. It was a short drive to the grocery store and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having both ceramic and plastic plates was a plus and made eating outside a simple choice. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever travel back to the area, I would definitely stay in this amazing home again!!

AWESOME Awesome house!!!

If I could give this house a 10+ stars I would!!! This place was the CLEANEST, nicest place we have EVER stayed in and we have been vacationing for 10 years!! Check in was a Breeze!! We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room!!!!! Pictures don't do justice how big it really is!! The pool was so clean, refreshing and huge! I think my boys loved the pool best of all ! My husband could do laps!! My boys fished off the dock and swam all night! We took a day trip to Sanibel and another day trip to Venice beach! The bait shop is maybe a minute down the road and there is a place right beside to sit and eat! The next town over has tons of little restaurants and gift shops! Publix is right down the road as well for groceries! The rest of the time we spent relaxing at our house since there was tons for our kids to do! My boys loved just being able to fish right from the dock! We got to see manatee, sting rays, and sea otters! My boys caught 2 baby sharks from the dock along with snapper, black drum, and cat fish. It was super nice having a garage door opener to lug stuff into the house and a nice grill which we used almost every night! The house also provided us with beach towels, beach chairs, canoes and some pool toys!!! The rental agency was just a call away if we need anything!! We would book this house again in a heart beat!!!!! Thank you for our amazing stay! We will never forget it!

Beautiful Escape from Reality

This property couldn't have been more perfect. Everything was exactly as pictured. The pool was refreshing, and the hot tub was the best way to end the night. The fishing in the canal was exciting! We did catch some fish and cooked them up on the amazing outdoor grill. And the firepit was a great way to sit around at night and relax and talk. If I travel to Florida for another week of vacation I would stay here again! The location is so close to Matlache, what a beautiful little town. And only a 50 minute drive to Ft Myers beach! This place was the perfect vacation spot!

The house was very clean and as described. It was just a short walk to the nearest beach access. Included beach chairs and everything you would need for a day at the beach. The pool was great also. My only suggestion would be to put TVs in all the bedrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Immaculate rental with a dream patio view.

This was the best rental we've ever had. Beautifully decorated, inside and out, with tasteful and high-quality furnishings. Spotlessly clean, all necessities provided upon arrival (including cleaning items, paper towels, TP, etc.), and a fully equipped kitchen! And I mean equipped. I didn't want for anything...griddle, crock pot, blender, Keurig AND regular coffee pot, toaster, fully stocked pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, and many tasteful plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Bathrooms were spotless, towels were plentiful, and beds were firm but high quality. The pool area is gorgeous and many floats were available, which my 2 kids liked. We also used and appreciated the many beach chairs and umbrella on-site. We loved having a garage to pull into. The water view is simply gorgeous. We rented a kayak one day and enjoyed exploring the calm waters of the canals. This house is next to a vacant lot on one side and some neighbor kids came by to fish, but they were respectful and friendly. The location is just minutes away from the main bridge in and out and 1/4 mile from restaurants and a Publix. It was about a 45 minute drive to mid-Sanibel Island. You do pay for electricity but for a summer week, our bill was about $55, which was fair considering the A/C and that we needed to heat the pool a few degrees for my little kids' enjoyment. Finally, we had to do NOTHING upon checkout except lock up! This was amazing! I'm so used to stripping beds, taking out all the trash, emptying dishwashers, even vacuuming...what a treat. Of course we did more that we probably needed to so the house was in nice order. Do not hesitate to rent from BMI. Their service is outstanding, friendly, thorough, fairly priced, and this home was impeccable. A wonderful rental.

My family really enjoyed this house. It was everything that we expected and more! Even when the weather wasn't working in our favor, the home had everything you could imagine to truly save our vacation! Toys for the pool, toys and chairs for the beach and a cooler made it very convenient! We even left fishing poles for the next guests to enjoy fishing at the private dock as well. The property management team were great and communication was great to meet all of our needs. Had a question about the pool and hot tub and they had a tech there the next day. House was clean, pool and hot tub were a huge plus not to mention the outdoor kitchen and seating area. We ate outside for almost every meal. This house was truly as advertised and some. Thank you for a great stay and the follow up afterwards!

Great Value, Great Location, Great View!

Communication was always fast, courteous and easy. The home was exceptionally clean and modern. The view from the dock is fabulous, we even saw an early morning pod of dolphins coming through. Fishing off the dock was great, we caught blue crab, a stingray and several other fish. Very close to some good restaurants. Yacht Club Beach is just a short drive away, Ft. Myers Beach is pretty close as well, and about 30 minutes from the airport. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunshine. The home was very clean upon arrival, and very well stocked with all the necessities, although minutes away from Publix, CVS, etc. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a small lake, which made for lovely views out the windows and while relaxing on the screened porch. The pool and its associated fountains were another beautiful and soothing feature. We would happily stay here again in the future.

was amazing, outdoor space was amazing. Nice location. We saw quite a few Manatee in the canal late afternoon/ early evening. Everything was as we expected. BMI was great to work with. Easy check in/check out. There were coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas for our trips to the beach. Plenty of beach towels. There were fishing rods w/ reels in the garage to use. Caught a few fish & a stingray off the dock. When we arrived the TV's had all been unplugged as well as all of the cables by the previous guests. They had a tech out Monday morning to fix them. A few small pool issues, which didn't affect us using the pool, but that was taken care of quickly as well. Two master suites on the main floor were great ! There were just 2 couples in our group so it was nice each having our own master. There is also a bathroom right off the pool area. Bonus was the Bose sound system to listen to music while enjoying the pool & hot tub ! Beautiful home ! Will definitely consider this home again !

Wir arbeiten mit BMI seit weit über 10 Jahren zusammen - lange als Eigentümer, jetzt als Mieter. Wie Angelika und Hartmut Meins gerade in diesen Pandemie-Zeiten ihr Service-Niveau auf höchstem Niveau halten, ist beeindruckend.

My family & I loved this property! We wanted a house with a pool on the canal to just get out of the Northeast's cold weather for a week and this property was in a perfect location. Check-in was super easy, plus the house was in great condition and clean when we arrived (we've stayed a lot of places and I was really impressed with that). The dock with tiki hut and the "private beach area" was an added bonus! My kids 5yrs & 8 yrs loved playing in the sand. We rent a timeshare in Aruba often, so we are familiar with being charged for electric usage and we knew from a previous review that we would need to possibly fill the propane tank for the grill - these things were no big deal to us. We could not have asked for a better place to stay... we enjoyed lounging by the pool most days & visiting multiple beaches (within a 45-60 min drive). We decided to stay in Florida for a few extra days very last minute - like 2 days before we were supposed to leave - I just called the BMI office and they helped me out ! As far as communication goes, if you want a faster answer, don't email or message them. Just call. Iris in the office is very helpful. Overall, a FANTASTIC stay & trip! I'd stay at this property again and also stay at any property of BMI's.

This place was spotless and perfect for our little family to enjoy. Angie is great at communication and quick. I would definitely come back no problem. Only thing that my husband wasn't to keen on was the drive to the beaches, but aside from that everything was perfect. Publix and a gas station are right up the street and fo is the Shell Factory. You won't be disappointed

Beautiful new home

This is a brand new home. It is on a very quiet street with a relaxing backyard set up. The pool looks out over the peaceful lagoon. The home was well equipped and everything worked properly. I would highly recommend this home as your rental. The drive to the beach is 30 + depending on traffic, but is close to the yacht club beach.

Lots of room, absolute cleanliness, all the appliances are like new. Full kitchen with all possible plates, pans, glasses and utensils. The heated pool and the hot tub were my daughter's favorite areas. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Our stay at Villa Sunset Bay was fantastic! This beautiful, spacious home provided wonderful place for our family to spend spring break. The pool and spa were great. This property is without a doubt the most beautiful, clean and spacious space anyone could imagine. We had three couples stay, each having their own room and restroom. The kitchen is open to a dining space and the living area which also opens to the vast outdoor space by way of accordion glass doors. All the amenities are there for you all you have to do is get your groceries.

We had an incredible month long stay at Blue Lagoon. The property was absolutely spotless upon arrival and everything was beautiful. The house had everything one would need for a stay and we felt very much at home here. There's even a beach sand pit area by the dock which our children loved! The pool closet was completely stocked with pool and sand toys as well. We saw manatees multiple times in the canal! We didn't want to ever leave this gorgeous home and you won't either.

This is a very nice modern house with room to sleep lots. Location is in a decent neighborhood. Close to Sanibel, Ft. Meyers and 1 1/2 to Marco Island. Had everything we needed. Extra cost for electric. Wish they would have been upfront with that charge before booking.

This home was perfect for us to relax and enjoy some sunshine. We loved the pool and outdoor screened in porch w awesome outdoor kitchen. The house has everything you need to entertain friends and was centrally located for beach time. We hope to do it again next year.

The home was what we expected BEAUTIFUL~ The pool was amazing as well as the outdoor space. A few things to maybe improve on are Extra paper products such as paper towels, Toilet paper and garbage bags. With 8 people in the home we had to go out and buy more supplies. YOU need to purchase everything for your needs. We have stayed in many vrbo's and there usually was a few extras such as tin foil, baggies, a few spices and etc. We did leave what we did not use and told the maid if she couldn't leave them she was welcome to them. This again was minor as we so enjoyed the house and outdoor space. Remember to save for the electricity that you use at the end of the stay. We knew about it but, was another thing to figure out in the end. Most places that was included with the price from the start. BEAUTIFUL FIRST CLASS HOME~

We absolutely loved it! There is so much space! Our teenage kiddos hung out downstairs near the pool while our youngest and my husband and I were upstairs on the patio a lot of the time. Good morning,

his place was almost like a mini-resort... it has its own pool with spillover jacuzzi, firepit patio area with an outdoor grill and frig, and even a small seating area near the canal. This corner property, because no one has built next door yet, still has a lot of plants and tree life intact, which provides a great hangout spot for wildlife like various large birds, turtles, and ducks. The master bedroom itself is just as grand. The only thing I'd mention regarding bedrooms is that they all seemed to have pillows in pillow shams but without pillow cases, so we didn't use them, but those were the most firm pillows and ones I would have liked to sleep on personally, but that is a small picky item and something that won't be hard for the owners to address. The only other suggestion I'd make would be to leave instructions on how to make the pool and jacuzzi warmer. I know the owners probably do not want the any pool settings altered, understandably so, but we have to pay for the electricity used anyhow, so the choice to alter the temp would be a huge perk. We had a few cooler days where we did not use the pool at all or only during the warmest time of the day, and our main goal was to use the jacuzzi and pool as much as possible. I could have called and asked about the pool but in all honesty I was too lazy to deal with it on my vacation. Overall, really liked this place and do plan to come back!

Our favorite part about the house was the openess into the outdoor pool area. We could have fresh air flowing throughout all day/evening. There were a few hiccups/issues throughout the stay, but nothing that was of real concern, and were taken care of promptly. Pool and spa heated up nicely. Beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. Washer/dryer was a lifesaver as well. We spent most of our time outside in the pool and spa, this was our favorite! We even saw a manatee in the canal. Centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood.

What an excellent “Get Away From COVID” trip. This house is beautiful and everything about it exceeds the pictures shown. We spent most of our time on the lanai. Watching the manatees swimming in the canal was an added bonus. The rental company, BMI was excellent to work with. We have rented through them and VRBO several times, and this one far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend both this house and BMI.

This was our third year in Cape Coral and this house was further north than we usually are. We were pleasantly surprised at the nice, quiet neighborhood and the spaciousness of the house. The pool and spa worked well and were used very often. The outdoor grill and fire pit were also a very nice addition to the property. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

It isn't often you walk into a place you have rented and it is better than you expected. This was the case with Villa Blue Lagoon. It was beautifully decorated. It was set up so indoor and outdoor fun could be enjoyed. There were plenty of beach towels and beach supplies provided. The kids really enjoyed playing with sand toys. The canal behind the home has fish and turtles to see / catch. This house is just a short drive away from anything you could possibly need- coffee, groceries, drug store. The main restaurant area on Cape Coral is approximately 11minutes away. I would highly recommend this rental. We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Blue Lagoon .

Lovely property, awesome pool & hot tub, nice view of the canal - very clean, modern & comfortable. Wifi was great. We would definitely stay here again. Very minor issues: hot tub jets didn't work, outlets in dining room didn't work, no TV channels worked but you could log in to your own Hulu/Netflix/Prime accounts if you have them. We encouraged owners to give more info pre-trip re: what guests need to buy, what is provided, etc. Provided: 2 rolls tp in each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, 4 dishwasher tabs. A few pool toys in garage, beach chairs & umbrella, a cooler & ice packs, nice beach/pool towels. Someone had left some salt & pepper we left some spices too. Not included: garbage bags, oil/Pam for pans (they are not teflon), kleenex, hand soap for bathrooms. Our electricity cost about $75 for the week - that was with us only heating the hot tub when we were in it.

There are not enough words to describe how beautiful this home is. We wanted a relaxing vacation to get away from it all and some privacy. Wow! As soon as you walk in , it takes your breathe away. Truly outdoor / indoor living . The doors of the home all fold in for a true outside experience, no bugs due to perfectly built Lanai. Three full bedrooms and baths , plenty of room for the entire family. Go buy your favorite fish at the local market and grill on the outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the beautiful pool, hot tub attached.  Plus we enjoyed looking at the Palms with the coconuts. This is a brand new home and the owners paid attention to every detail. Incredible tiled showers , fantastically decorated and absolutely everything you need. Just add food add food and fun (Target / Publix 5 min) Wait there is more. Only 30-40 minutes to the many beaches. Beach Chairs ? yep they are here for your use . Beach Towels  ? Yep  Umbrella ? yep! All here for your use. Wait there is more ! Yes you can rent a boat and dock it right up. We will be back and book soon ; as soon as others get wind of this place it will all be booked up. As a realtor I am super picky. This was just wonderful  Great time - thank you !

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Lovers Key! This home is just stunning when you open the front doors and walk inside. The pictures cannot do it justice! A gorgeous open view of the pool and canal greet you from the open layout of the kitchen and family room area. Every aspect of the home is sparkling clean and new. The pool was our favorite part! We were pleasantly surprised to see it has a sun shelf in one corner that you can't see from the pictures online, and there is a remote control for the pool lights and spa, which we used every night. The spa heats up quickly and we saw some incredible sunsets from there. We loved watching the fish jump in the canal! The outside grill and eating area is also fabulous, and we spent a lot of time out there in the evenings because the creened enclosure keeps out all the bugs. We were so impressed with the screened enclosure as well! It has two large “picture window” screens which preserve the view unlike older screen enclosures. All of the décor and amenities were high quality and top notch. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you could want and more, with multiple coffee machines to choose from, including one that uses K-cups, which I appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous too. My husband loved the large shower in the master bathroom.

Angelika, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We didn't want to leave! We are already checking our calendar to see when we might be able to go back again.

Nicely updated home

We enjoyed the location of this home as we were easily able to explore both Fort Myers, Estero, and Cape Coral. The water views were so calming. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa nightly. It is an older home but nicely updated. The A/c didn't work as efficiently as we wished with the summer heat but the fans made it better. All in all we had a great time.

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a small group (4 adults and maybe 2 children). My party was 3 adults and we enjoyed lounging by and in the pool, using the grill (the tank is provided but you must add propane if you wish to grill), and loved curling up in comfy beds at the end of the day (it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on in a rental!!). Villa Siesta Key was sparkling clean and wonderfully decorated. The television has limited channels but also has popular apps such as Hulu and Netflix. This home is on a canal and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The area is great for roller skating and riding bicycles as the roads and sidewalks are very well maintained. The beaches are about 30-50 minutes away with our favorites being Fort Meyers and Sanibel/ Captiva Island. There are plenty of beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers. Everything needed for a day in the sand! Angie is the sweetest host and is very quick to respond. The BMI team is also a great group of people and they were always a phone call away to answer any of our questions. I can't wait to come back and stay!! If you're on the fence, just go ahead and book. You won't regret it!

This was a great vacation home! The layout was perfect for a family. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals during your stay. The outdoor living space was a highlight for us. The grill and fire pit was great! Saltwater spa and pool, delightful! Our kids spent so much time enjoying the space and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor dining area. We enjoyed fishing off the dock in the canal. The home came with use of beach items like umbrellas and chairs. This was so helpful!! The home is warm and inviting. Close to shopping and groceries. A quick drive to Pine Island and about a half an hour to the beach. We truly enjoyed our “Florida house” as our kids called it.

We rented Villa Barrington for the month of May. The hosts were so great to work with, we really appreciated how easy communication was with Angelika. When we arrived the house looked brand new and had everything you needed and more. We cooked every meal here and were pleased with the kitchen appliances and tools. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and we were provided with plenty of bath and pool towels. The outdoor space was where we spent 99% of our time. It was incredibly peaceful, the view is unbelievable, and we enjoyed watching the jumping fish everyday! The pool and hot tub was so nice, and a team came each week to clean it. The outdoor space even had a BBQ which we used often. We really loved how comfortable the patio furniture was, and loved having a TV outside. We are going to miss watching the sunsets but will absolutely come back again!

It felt like we walked into a movie stars' home right from the start. Amazing entry with a view of the wonderful pool with infinity edge. Modernly decorated with touches of glam. 2 master bedrooms on 1st floor were the ultimate luxury (for us parents) and the bathroom off the pool is brilliant! House was clean, beds were comfy, bathrooms were well stocked, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't get to enjoy the wonderful stores and restaurants but did order food from them each night. Life during COVID-19 was a lot easier here, we really didn't have to leave. This beautiful home felt more like a home than a vacation property. Great location! Fully furnished! We loved the pool!!! Sitting on the patio with the lake view and southern exposure was so relaxing!! Can't say enough about this lovely home. We would definitely return. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at Key Biscayne and had a fabulous vacation. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is absolutely beautiful. Angelika and Hartmut went above and beyond to ensure that ensure that we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay.

Thank you so much for everything. We had an amazing week. You were right on top of trying to resolve our issues with the hot tub (which I knew with it being a new construction that there may be kinks to work out). The house was gorgeous and stocked with everything we could've possibly needed (I loved that you had beach towels available). You really did think of everything! I look forward to using BMI for our vacations in the future:)

Angelika & Hartmut's place was just as pictured. On a quite street, beautiful heated pool and spa, and lovely inside. More than enough room for the three of us women, and we spent time in all areas. The house was clean and had everything you needed. I would certainly recommend and stay there again.

“Josh and I make an annual trip to Cape Coral to escape from the Massachusetts cold and to see my daughter, her fiancé and my granddaughter. This Key Largo house sits in a quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful view from the lanai. The pool/hot tub, outdoor sitting area with fire pit, the tiki bar and outdoor kitchen, the inside of the house which is immaculate, beautifully decorated, well equipped for any need and very comfortable was definitely enjoyed. This house by far has been our favorite and we look forward to a return stay for a longer time next year. Thank you, Josh and Melanie

My mother and I have just spent 5 day's at Villa Blue Lagoon. I believe this to be a very honest review. What a beautiful place, We arrived Christmas Day around 8pm. Was dark and we had a bit of trouble trying to close the key lock once we'd opened it. Left it until morning in the end. Had a lovely lady come and check us in the following morning. Showed us how to do the key lock. Upon check in we had to sign for machines etc beIng in working order. As we hadn't had chance to use any, I wrote that they hadn't been used and wouldn't be during our stay. This included the dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer. All was good with this. The house is absolutely beautiful, along with the lanai and outdoor pool, which has an outside kitchen. The pool was at a constant temp of 30 degrees, so just perfect for me, that hates the cold. We didn't have a car, so got ubers whenever we went out. Very reasonable prices and things we wanted to visit were close enough to go this... Fort Myers beach, downtown Fort Myers, downtown Cape Coral etc. At the house we used the pool daily. We also loved sitting out on the little pontoon, watching the turtles, ducks, fish and herons on the canal. In the house, we used the two double rooms, the rooms were lovely, beds comfy. The windows can be opened and have mosquito mesh fitted. Bathrooms were lovely, with plenty of towels etc. Loads of wardrobe space. Kitchen... has everything you could want... blender, coffee maker, toaster, big fridge freezer, dishwasher,( we didn't use), big oven and hob, waste disposal. Everything was spotlessly clean. A welcome bottle of wine, bottles of water and snacks were there on our arrival.. nice touch, thank you! The utility room had huge washer and dryer. We didn't need to use these. They looked spotlessly clean. In the double garage there were garden chairs, freezer box, pool toys, what looked like a windbreaker, bikes and kayaks. We did notice that the bikes and kayaks were padlocked up. Not sure if they are available for use. You may have to ask. Trash and recycling bins also in garage. Our stay here was fantastic. Loved every minute of it. Check out was easy.., a different lady checked us out. She was very nice. Went around the house with me. We used circa $30 worth of electric in our time at house. Arrived eve of Christmas Day and left 5 days later on 30th, ( by 10am). We were out of house for two of these days, we also did not use washing machine, tumblr dryer, dishwasher or tv at all during our time at the house. I don't believe this to be expensive, but that is for others to determine. Summary.. Thus house is beautiful. Was a pleasure to stay in. Would stay again, and again, and again. Didn't want to leave. Thank you BMI. Was fantastic,( and I'm a tough person to impress).

Another holiday in paradise

This was our third stay in the house and it was wonderful again. The speed boat had gone and that made the view onto the canal and the boats going by a lot more fun. The house itself is situated in an outstanding neighborhood in the area called Rose garden and it's perfect for a group of 4 - 5 people. Everything was splendid as usual. It's one of the best houses if you want to go boating and enjoy a nice pool area with an awesome view.

Good morning... We are presently renting Villa Pelican Landing for the months of January and February.  We wonder if its still available for January and February, 2021.  The difference will be that rather than going through another vacation rental firm, we would like to deal directly with you.  Cassandra was very accommodating and later in the afternoon we had an issue with our patio door coming off the track. We called, left a message after hours and within ten minutes someone was at our door to take care of the problem. You have a great staff and the Villa is great.  Please let me know if its available for January and February, 2021.....  Thank you.

Nach unserem wieder einmal wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa La Vida sind wir nun schon wieder eine gute Woche zurück in Norddeutschland....

Das Wetter ist gruselig, grau, kalt und nass. Gestern hat es sogar etwas geschneit - da sehnt man sich wirklich nach Florida zurück. Aber wir haben uns zumindest ein kleines Stück FLorida in unserem Garten eingerichtet - so können wir jeden Tag den Blick aus der Villa La Vida genießen !

Einfach mal Wow....Urlaub ab dem ersten Tag.  Rundherum hat einfach alles gepasst. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und wir haben unsere 3 Wochen im Oktober/November wirklich genossen. Alles was man für seinen Florida Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden, auch in ausreichender Menge. Der außen Bereich setzt neue Maßstäbe... Kühlschrank,Waschbecken und eine riesiger Gasgrill. Was will man mehr !!!

One of the best villas we have rented . Everything was excellent . Great pool Area and location . Really beautiful inside and out . The pool area was really big , lots of sunbathing spots . Did some fishing off the dock too . Overall experience was 10/10

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der schonen Villa. Das Haus liegt wunderschon ruhig an einem Kanal und die nachsten Einkaufsmoglichkeiten, Restaurants sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Keine Wunsche blieben unerfullt. Komfort, Ausstattung, eine gehobene und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Betreuung. Ein sehr schones Domizil, vonwelchem aus wir unsere trips starteten oder einfach mal einen Tag an dem wunderschonen Pool genossen.

Wir haben wunderschone und unvergessliche Tagen in Cape Coral erleben durfen

Wir mochten uns nochmals bei der super freundlichen Frau Berger-Meins bedanken welche auch jederzeit telefonisch zur Verfugung stand.

Das Haus ist unglaublich toll und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass wir alle Ausflugsziele schnell erreichen konnten, und trotzdem so ruhig gelegen, dass wir nie auch nur ein Auto gehört haben. Die Ausstattung ist modern und wirklich allumfassend, sogar für einen Strandtag ist alles vorhanden (Sonnenschirm, Strandspielzeug, Kühlbox, etc.). Alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht ist da. Dazu ist es sehr sauber. Der Pool ist einfach nur traumhaft und besonders schön abends, wenn die Poolbeleuchtung an ist. Die Außenküche haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This home has a perfect location. Very quiet surroundings and view is gorgeous! Everything was very clean and ready to go. We had a slight issue with a ceiling fan not working but it was promptly fixed. All the pool features were not tuned on. If you are expecting what the pictures show as far as the pool goes you may want to ask if they are able to turn them on during your stay. The waterfall automatically shuts off at a certain time but they extended that time for us which was fabulous! The hosts are very responsive and will take of you quickly.

Beautiful home! Thank you for a great stay. We loved everything about the house. Thank you for the quick response on fixing the fan. We will be back!

Das Haus, die Straße/ Lage und vor allem der Pool sowie die Aussicht auf den offenen Kanal sind wunderschön und kaum zu toppen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Detailliebe sowie hochwertig eingerichtet.

Angelika und ihr Team waren hilfsbereit und bei Fragen direkt zur Stelle. Wir würden definitiv noch einmal dieses Haus buchen und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!

Absolutely beautiful and perfect location sparkling clean they have everything you need fishing poles beach chairs ext I will always use them again and we will be back for sure 120% perfect the pool and views are absolutely breathtaking I recommend this host to everybody .
