This Florida Dream Home, built in 2022, is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area. All daily shopping options and many restaurants can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The Villa has a spacious living room, with an integrated kitchen and a dining room. A small, separate office is available for guests who need a quiet place to work during their vacation. On the left side of the house are the two guest rooms with the assigned guest bathroom. On the right is the master bedroom with an adjacent spacious bathroom, equipped with tub and shower. From the master bedroom and the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, which is comfortably furnished. The large saltwater pool, which can also be heated in cooler seasons, invites you to have fun in the water at any time and of course you can also keep fit here if you like to swim laps. You can spend the evening at the bar in the huge and exceptionally well-equipped summer kitchen. To prepare a good fish or the best steak of your life, the outdoor grill is at your disposal at any time. The west-facing pool deck offers plenty of sun all day long and has sun loungers, a dining table and oversized Adirondack chairs. The boaters among you have access to the boat deck, and the built-in boat lift is perfect for a pontoon boat. From here you can reach the open water in about 20 minutes.
